1. Carefully place a ladder underneath the opener and remove the light cover
2. Locate the LEARN button on the back of the opener. It is usually a circle or square button. The color of the LEARN button may vary depending on brand, model and age of the opener.
3. Press and release the LEARN button until the LED light comes on.
4. Within 30 seconds, enter the 4-digit passcode you want on the keypad and press ENTER.
5. Depending on which model, the light on the opener will blink or the light will go out.
6. Wait 10-20 seconds and try out your pin.
